My Review:
As a fan of sci-fi, I was anxious to get into this book. Although my fear, as a child, was meeting up with a werewolf, the shape-shifters, in Unbreakable Bond, create more intensity, passion, and loyalty than fear.
While Zoey was born human, she grew up with the local pack and knew the ways of the shifters. In fact, it was assumed by all, Zoey and Michael, a shifter, would mate and marry. Everyone except Michael’s brother, Rafe.
After his parents and twin brother were killed by a rival pack, Rafe felt exiled from his home. Although no one blamed him, guilt overwhelmed the young man because he had, inadvertently, led the enemy to his family’s camp leading to the massacre. Michael, the youngest, was left to lead the pack when Rafe, the true heir, left.
Fast-forward. Rafe comes back to warn Michael of imminent danger and discovers the mate he’s been searching for is right under his nose. None other than Michael’s best friend and expected mate, Zoey. Never expecting to be with anyone but Michael, Zoey falls head-over heels for the handsome, rugged Rafe.

Author, Jess Bryant gives the reader the thrills, storyline, and romance to keep the pages turning. A fascinating cast of characters, chilling dialogue, and paranormal situations had this reader flipping pages as fast as possible. Can’t wait for the sequel about Michael’s search for true love.
